HOW DO I ORDER?
To purchase a Milk Cover product online, simply click on the "About Milk Covers!" page and click on the "Etsy" button. This will direct you straight to our Etsy shop where you can choose your perfect Milk Cover. Please note you will need one of Etsy's supported methods of payment (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express or Etsy Gift Card and Credits ) to finalise your online order. CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once your package has been processed, we cannot cancel your order; this includes adding, removing items and/or changes to your postal address. It will be shipped and when it is received, you may return it to us. Please refer to our Return Policy below if you require further information.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Not 100% happy with your order? Contact us within 14 days and return your item/s (at your own expense) within 30 days for a full refund. Please see our Returns Policy below for full details.
SHIPPING
All orders will be processed and dispatched within approximately 3 to 5 business days. All deliveries are sent with Couriers Please or Fastway via Sendle and will be received within 3 to 5 business days of the dispatch date. Our couriers will only be collected and delivered on business days; no weekend collection is available. Delivery consignment and tracking number will be email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please allow at least 12 hours for tracking to be enabled.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO WE SHIP TO?
Milk Cover's currently only ships to Australia; however please contact us via email at [email protected] if you would like a shipping quote.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 working days of dispatch with your order number so that we may assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them where your order is.
RETURNS
If you need to return or exchange your MIlk Cover; please contact us within 14 business days and return your item/s within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage is at the customers expense; please ensure you use tracking when returning your item, so you are able to track your order as we can not be liable for any missing deliveries.
